Welcome to BMore Rosie!
My journey as a travel blogger began during the pandemic when I was on Wheel of Fortune, September 2, 2020. I wanted to do something positive with my winnings and decided to create BMore Rosie to showcase the beauty in places you never knew existed. I have been to all of the locations listed on this site since the pandemic started.
In the beginning of 2022, I left my secure job to become a traveling hand therapist. I now will have more places in the U.S. to share with you! At each destination, I find the best local experiences from my patients, coworkers, new friends, and extensive research. Check out my latest road trip to discover the area I am exploring right now. As I continue this traveling lifestyle, I hope to fill this map to help you plan your adventures.
I encourage you to get out and explore,
as the world is a beautiful place!
What’s in a name?
I was born and raised around Baltimore, Maryland (aka Bmore), and lived in the city for 6 years. Bmore is a beautiful, historic city, but it has gotten a lot of harsh critique in the news. There are safe places to visit and those areas are well-detailed for you to explore safely. Click here to learn more about what to do in Baltimore.
Rosie became my nickname, as my last name is Rose and I have a very optimistic outlook on life!
Through traveling, I hope you will “BMore Rosie” :)

The south side of the windward coast of Oahu is known for some of the most beautiful beaches in the world: Lanikai and Kailua. These beaches are frequently ranked the top in the U.S. The beaches are tucked into beautiful neighborhoods with very nice houses, and it comes with a really cute downtown area (Kailua) that has great food and adorable shops! Read more to find how to spend your time wisely over on this part of the island.
The North Shore is made famous from the Banzai Pipeline; a famous monstrous wave at Ehukai Beach that only professional surfers can surf at in the wintertime. These waves can get around 20 ft in height in the winter months! When I have visitors, it is always fun to watch Somebody Feed Phil’s Hawaii episode in season 4, which highlights the Pipeline and a few food places in Hawaii (some have since gone under due to the pandemic). Plus, Phil is such a hoot! The next day, the visitors are excited to see the Volcom Pro-Surfer House close up, and the huge waves (in the wintertime) that form due to the powerful northern winter storms in the Pacific Ocean. There is so much more to do on the North Shore besides checking out this wave… come take a look!
I have been to every Hawaiian Island that we are allowed to step foot on, and it is difficult to pick which is the best! The Islands of Hawaii each have different vibes and experiences that deserve their own place on this blog. On this page are brief descriptions of the Islands starting with the most populated island of O’ahu, to the least populated island of Lāna’i, to help you decide where you would like to travel.
